Relay is a subcontractor operations visibility platform operated by BrainyTots Private Limited. The service provides real-time tracking of work-in-progress across manufacturing supply chains via WhatsApp integration and QR code scanning.
Pilot programs are paid engagements with defined scope, duration, and success metrics. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are established in a separate pilot agreement signed before engagement begins.
All operational data entered into or generated within your Relay tenant remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your business data. Upon termination, we will provide a full export of your data within 30 days.
You agree to use Relay only for legitimate business purposes related to subcontractor operations management. You are responsible for ensuring your vendor contacts have consented to receive WhatsApp messages through the platform.
Relay is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for operational decisions made based on data displayed in the platform. Always verify critical production decisions through your existing quality processes.
