When you use Relay or contact us through the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used within the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve the Relay platform, communicate about your account or pilot program, send relevant product updates, and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security policies and encrypted authentication.
Vendor updates received via WhatsApp are processed and stored as structured operational data within your tenant's isolated environment. Message content is used solely for tracking subcontractor operations as configured by your organization.
